This is a carefully curated, hosted wedding experience, offered on select weekdays only, where everything essential is included in one clear package price.

What's included:
Arrival night – the evening before the wedding
- Overnight accommodation for up to 16 guests (bride, groom & bridal party)
- Breakfast included the following morning
- Private bush dinner for the bridal party (set menu, served in a relaxed bush setting)
This evening allows the wedding to begin calmly, without pressure or rush.
Wedding day experience
- Full venue exclusivity
Same operational flow, service standards, and hosting as a weekend wedding - All wedding rules, arrangements, and policies apply as per standard weekend weddings
Guest transport from Pretoria
- Return shuttle transport for up to 40 guests
- Centralised departure point in Pretoria
- Guests are transported to Tshikwalo and returned safely to their vehicles
This allows guests to fully enjoy the celebration without driving concerns.
Catering
- Harvest Table for up to 70 guests
- Wedding buffet dinner for up to 70 guests
- Professionally prepared and served by the lodge
All catering included forms part of the hosted experience.
Overnight accommodation – wedding night
- Wedding guests may check in from 11:00
- Overnight accommodation for up to 30 guests on the night of the wedding
- Breakfast included the following morning
A minimum of 30 guests is required to stay over on the night of the wedding.
Ceremony & Reception décor
Décor is provided in partnership with LL Flowers & Décor, exclusively for weekday weddings at Tshikwalo Game Lodge.
The décor package includes:
- Ceremony
- Welcome sign with floral styling
- Arch or backdrop (selected from catalogue) with floral installation
- Aisle styling and rose petal confetti
- Reception
- Seating plan signage
- Menu signage
- Table décor for up to 70 guests / 9 tables, including:
- Table runners and linen serviettes
- Underplates
- Floral installations
- Candles and candleholders
- Table numbers
- Full main table floral and candle installation
- Bouquets & Personal Flowers
- 1 bridal bouquet
- 3 bridesmaids’ bouquets
- Groom pin
- 3 groomsmen pins

- One in-person planning meeting
- Full delivery and setup on the wedding day
- Full strike and collection the following day
All décor selections must be made from the LL Flowers & Décor catalogue.
Décor pricing is based on 70 guests / 9 tables. Additional tables or décor upgrades are charged separately.
Wedding cake
- A standard 2 or 3 tier wedding cake (30 cm)
- Cake includes flavour and filling selection
- Please note:
- Decorative elements such as fondant, fresh or sugar flowers, chocolate décor, figurines, or ganache drips are not included
- Decorative upgrades are available at an additional cost
- Final cake size is confirmed based on requirements
What's not included:
The following are not included in the package price:
- Photographer and videographer
- Entertainment (DJ, band, sound equipment)
- Minister, officiant, or marriage officer fees
- Floral or décor upgrades outside the included package
- Additional guest transport beyond 40 guests
- Additional accommodation beyond what is specified
- Bar services and beverages (unless arranged separately)
- Hair, makeup, stationery (other than what is included with the décor), or favours
- Game drives or additional lodge activities
